What is the return policy?
To keep the cost of Know My Story as affordable as possible, each copy is printed on demand — meaning your book is printed specifically when you place your order. Because of this, we do not keep inventory on hand, and all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on print orders.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Take photos of the damage and email them to info@knowmystory.net and we'll make it right.
Where are your products manufactured?
Know My Story is printed and shipped through Lulu, a professional print-on-demand publisher. Each copy is printed to order and shipped directly to you from Lulu's print facilities. This model allows us to keep costs affordable while maintaining quality without holding bulk inventory.
Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are fulfilled by Lulu on our behalf.
